Rowan Bears - Standard Terms and Conditions 1. Products 1.1. All product prices exclude packaging and carriage unless otherwise stated. A product is defined as any item ordered by the Client from the Company (Rowan Bears). 1.2. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that products are of the highest standard, the Client should, upon immediate receipt, check that packaging is undamaged. If packaging is damaged, the Client should advise the carrier and the Company immediately. For full terms of Company’s guarantee, please see Section 3 below. 1.3. As part of its policy to improve the quality of products, the Company reserves the right to alter specifications of any products without prior notice. 1.4. If the Client wishes to cancel an order for a non-stock item, the Client must advise the Company in writing within 5 working days of placing the order. Failure to give the stated notice will result in an order cancellation fee of 25% of the order value being levied. 1.5. Whilst the Company will endeavour to comply with any quotation or estimate given, any changes in design, requested by the Client after work has commenced, may attract an extra charge. 1.6. The Company reserves the right to modify its pricing schedule or any quotation without prior notice. |

2. Payment 2.1. In the absence of approved credit facilities, payment in full is due prior to dispatch. The Company reserves the right not to dispatch an order until payment is made in full. 2.2. Payment may be made by cash, personal cheque, postal order or PayPal. 2.3. Payment must be received by the Company and confirmed as cleared by the Company’s bankers before goods will be dispatched. 2.4. Payments in any form, if returned or represented by the Company’s bankers will incur an administration charge of £30 per transaction. |

3. Guarantee 3.1. If the Client is not entirely satisfied with the Company’s product, the Client may return the product, in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. 3.2. Clients returning products for the reason stated in 3.1 above will be given a full refund, representing the purchase price of the product less any packaging and shipping costs. 3.2. Rowan Bears are collectors items and are not suitable for children due to materials and small parts used. A Client may not return a product under the terms of this guarantee because the product is deemed inappropriate. |

4. Force Majeure 4.1. In the event of an act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign hostilities (whether war has been declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, the Company shall be relieved of liabilities incurred under any contract with the Client wherever and to the extent to which fulfilment of such obligations is prevented, frustrated or impeded as a consequence of any such event or of any statue rules or regulations, orders or requisitions issued by any Government Department, Council or any other duly authorised authority or from strikes, lockouts, breakdown of plant or any other cause (whether or not of like nature) beyond the Company’s control. |
