Order Information - Rowan Bears Why choose Rowan Bears Each of my creations is unique, or one of a very limited edition, and hand-made to the highest standard using only the finest materials. Antique or vintage bears that I have for sale have previously been purchased by me for repair purposes or carefully selected for their good original condition for their age. How to buy from Rowan Bears To keep Rowan Bears creations competitively priced, I do not have an e-commerce site. If you would like to purchase from me please locate the required creation and select the “Buy Me Now!” button. If you would like your purchase to be personalised in any way please include as much information as possible in the space provided, and then complete your personal details. Upon receipt of your order I will contact you to confirm the details and agree the payment method. How to make payment Payment may be made by personal cheque (UK GBP accounts only) or via Paypal. Payment must be made in full before your Rowan Bears creation can be shipped. Shipping charges, at cost, will be added to the price of your creation. These charges will be advised after I have received your order. Please see the Shipping section below. To pay for your Rowan Bears creation, I will either send you a Paypal invoice or, if you wish to pay by cheque, I will confirm all of the costs by email, at which point you can send me a cheque. Shipping Within the UK - goods will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery. Worldwide - goods will be shipped using the International Signed For service. Guarantee If you are not completely happy with your Rowan Bears creation, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. I will then provide you with a full refund, less any shipping costs. Please remember that all Rowan Bears are collectors items and are not suitable for children due to materials and small parts used.
