Personalised Embroidered Hand-made Bears
All but the smallest of my teddy bears may be embroidered with your personalised message. These are not just bears with an embroidered jumper as are widely available on the internet and elsewhere, but bears with embroidered paw pads, making the personalisation an integral part of the bear. This ensures that your bear is 100% one of a kind creation.
As these bears are based on my other designs, all are made from Schulte Mohair or Alpaca. They are 5-way cotterpin jointed to enable full articulation of the limbs. Filling is formed from cotton fibre, pellets and/or steel shot, which results in a lovely weighted feel. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information on any of the Bears.
"My first bear" is proving very popular and with other wording makes the bears perfect as gifts for other occasions such as birthdays, christenings, engagements and weddings.

This bear measures 18 inches (47cm) from head to toe. Seated he is 12.5 inches (32cm).
He is based on an old Steiff design with long limbs, long muzzle and humped back. He is made from long, wavy, antique gold Schulte mohair, with ultrasuede paws, glass eyes and a leather nose. He is weighted to enable him to sit upright and is, of course, fully jointed. This bear is priced at GBP 125.00 plus embroidery. |
