How to make payment
Payment may be made by personal cheque (UK GBP accounts only) or via Paypal. Please contact me for further information.

Payment must be made in full before your Rowan Bears creation can be shipped.

It is possible to pay for your Rowan Bears creation by instalments but certain conditions apply so please contact me for more information.

Shipping charges, at cost, will be added to the price of your creation. These charges will be advised when you contact me.

To pay for your Rowan Bears creation, I will either send you a Paypal invoice or, if you wish to pay by cheque, I will confirm all of the costs by email, at which point you can send me a cheque.

Shipping
Within the UK - goods will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery.
Worldwide - goods will be shipped using the International Signed For service.

Guarantee
If you are not completely happy with your Rowan Bears creation, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. I will then provide you with a full refund, less any shippings costs. Please remember that all Rowan Bears are collectors items and are not suitable for children due to materials and small parts used.
